Need help
In case you need help from our support, open the menu on the top left corner of the app.
Click then on “Help desk”, to access the chatbot for knowledge base articles or support contact details.
Languages
Captain Otto is available in more than 25 languages. By default, the app will take your smartphone’s language.
If you need to change the language, open up the menu, then go to settings and change to the desired language.
